1. What ArmoryIndex is

ArmoryIndex ("we", "us", "the site") is a community-driven, informational database of airsoft replica and part compatibility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airsoft manufacturer or retailer named on the site.

2. No warranty on compatibility data

Fitment/compatibility ratings, specifications, and stock/price information are submitted by users and/or gathered from publicly published retailer pages. They are provided "as is", for informational purposes only, and are not a guarantee that a part will fit, function safely, or perform as described.

Always verify fit, torque/pressure ratings, and manufacturer instructions yourself — especially for anything involving gas systems, HPA, or electrical components — before modifying a replica. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from reliance on information found on this site.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to legally use airsoft equipment in your jurisdiction to register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit abusive/false reports, or attempt to manipulate votes, review queues, or admin tooling.

4. User-submitted content

When you submit a fitment report, build showcase, photo, comment, or catalog request, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the site (and in any promotional excerpt of the site) for as long as your content remains published. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo or content you submit, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright or rights.

Content is subject to admin review and may be edited, rejected, or removed at our discretion — including content that is inaccurate, abusive, off-topic, or infringing.

5. Reporting infringing or unlawful content

If you believe content on ArmoryIndex infringes your copyright or other rights, email Kieran@armoryindex.net with (a) the material you believe infringes, (b) the original work it infringes, and (c) your contact details. We'll review and remove/disable access to reported content where appropriate.

6. Retailer data and outbound links

Product, price, and stock information linked to retailers is sourced from those retailers' own publicly published pages and may be out of date — always confirm price/availability on the retailer's site before purchasing. See our Data Sources page for how this data is gathered. Some outbound retailer links may in the future be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a small commission at no extra cost to you — this will always be disclosed on that page if enabled.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't submit false fitment reports, fake reviews, or manipulated votes.
• Don't attempt to scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the site beyond normal browsing.
• Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is illegal, harassing, or infringing.
• Don't attempt to bypass account roles/permissions or access admin tooling you weren't granted.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
